MSA/CSA WARRIORS ADVANCE AGAIN TO NATIONAL FINALS

The MSA/CSA Warriors traveled to Indiana to represent New Jersey in the 2017 US Club Soccer XVI Championship tournament. After going 2-1 in their group, the Warriors once again advanced to the finals as defending champions. Unfortunately, the Warriors fell 2-1 in the finals against Lake Grove, NY after a late game-winning goal. The Warriors complete their legacy as a team, complete with four state titles, three natioanl cup appearances, two national final appearances, and one national title. CTR Soccer is proud to be apart of this team's training and development and we want to congratulate all players, past and present, on a job truly well done!

CSA/MSA U17 Warriors DID IT AGAIN!

Congratulations to the NJCSA Marlboro Warriors U17 boys who won the NJ CUP on Sunday, May 8th at Cross Farms Park in Holmdel.  The team defeated the Stronghold Falcons in amazing fashion scoring a goal in extra time to tie the game and then winning on pks to take home the NJ Cup title for the second time in 3 years. In the semi-finals the day before, they defeated the South Jersey Barons on pks after going scoreless through regulation and overtime.  The team coached by Frank Rizzi, has now won 3 state titles combined between US Club and US Youth Soccer over the last three years.

The team will now be representing the State of New Jersey at the US Club National Cup Finals XV in Aurora, Colorado from July 22 – 25.  It is an exciting time for one of our more accomplished alliance teams out of Marlboro, who compete in the First Division of EDP.

Congratulations to the Warriors and best of luck in Colorado!
